Base

2 cups flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortening
2 tsp baking powder

Filling

1 1/2 cups raisins
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cook filling until thick and cool. Cream shortening, sugar & egg. Add dry ingredients. Take half of mixture and press in pan. Pour filling in this then cover with rest of mixture. Bake at 350 until nice and brown.
