3/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped Green Onion
1/2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup chopped Celery
1/2 cup chopped Parsley
3 tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lb. Crawfish Tails
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. Hot Sauce (Franks, Cholula, Tobasco)
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
3/4 cup Chicken Stock

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter and sauté Onion, Bell Pepper, Garlic and Celery. Stir in Cream Of Chicken Soup, Chicken Stock, Tomato Paste. Let simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in Crawfish and Parsley, simmer 10 minutes
