Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 medium potatoes, (Peeled, boiled and chopped up)
---You can also use frozen hash browns (enough to fill up a 9x13 inch pan), you will just need to cook for about an hour or until the hash browns are cooked through.

Sauce:
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cheese

Topping:
1/4 c. melted butter
2+ c. cornflake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes (cooked or frozen) into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and spread over the potatoes. Slightly stir the sauce into the potatoes. Next mix together the cornflake crumbs and butter and then spread those over the top. In a 350º oven, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes or so if they are already cooked and warm. If you refrigerated them before cooking or used frozen hash browns you may need to cook for an hour or longer until heated through or potatoes are fully cooked and soft. (If cooking for longer than 20 minutes, cover with foil for the first 50-60 minutes and then uncover for another 15-20 minutes so you don't burn the cornflakes.)
