¼ pound ham
1 small onion
6 ounces swiss cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
¼ pound fresh broccoli
½ cup fresh parsley
2 TB Dijon mustard

6 ounces Italian 5 cheese (Kraft)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cans (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg frozen broccoli cuts (12 oz)
2 TB Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Coarsely chop ham, broccoli, onion & parsley with food chopper. Coarsely grate cheese (1 ½ cups) with grater. Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set aside.

On a baking stone or parchment paper lined cookie sheet: arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping in center and points to the outside. There should be a circle of about 3" in diameter in the center. Spoon filling over rolls, fold points of rolls over top making a wreath/ring.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 12-16 appetizer servings
