1 lb cake flour
10 eggs
12 oz - 1 lb sugar
2 tbsp Almond or Vanilla Extract
1 tsp orange zest
1 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (7 minutes)

2. Add eggs one at a time every 30 seconds to 1 minute, then add extract.

3. Turn mixer on low then add flour slowly (in 3 batches). Do not overmix. Stop mixing when flour is incorporated.

4.Fill two 9 inch round pans ¾ full with batter.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350º(Do not open oven for the first 20 minutes)

Use toothpick to check for doneness.
