1½ c. cooked butternut squash
1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch allspice
1 pinch cloves
1 pinch ginger
1 pinch nutmeg
1 (9 in.) unbaked pie crust

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients (except pie crust). Process until smooth. Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean when inserted in the center.
