2 cans (14 1/2) chunky stewed tomatoes
2 cans (14 oz) chicken broth
2 1/2 cups zucchini in 1/4" slices
1 lg red bell pepper, cut in pieces
1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives drained
2 oz sliced mushrooms
3 1/2- 4 oz pepperoni, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded combined cheddar & mozzarellal
1 tbs grated parmesan cheese
2 tbs Italian/spaghetti seasoning
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt or garlic salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
In large pan combine, tomatoes, chicken broth, zucchini, bell pepper, and last four ingredients. Heat to boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp. Stir olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, & parmesan cheese. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle with cheddar-mozzarella mixture. Serve with French bread.
