1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Optional items: nuts, mini marshmallows, peanut butter (½ to ¾ cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a glass bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until creamy; add butter and vanilla; stir until creamy again. Add optional items. Line a 9X9-inch pan with foil. Pour fudge into prepared pan and refrigerate.
