6 chicken breasts
1/4 Cup Chicken Base
1 - 29 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
3 Medium Green Peppers, sliced
1 Medium onion, sliced
1/2 Cup garlic, diced
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, bring water to a boil and add chicken breasts, along with the chicken base. When chicken has cooked through, remove from pot and set the chicken broth aside. If using bone in chicken breasts, debone and skin the chicken. Cut into large pieces.

In another large pot, mix the tomato sauce, green peppers,onions, garlic and brown sugar. Add cooked chicken
and chicken broth, if needed. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Simmer for 30 minutes or until peppers are done.

Any part of the chicken can be used for this dish. It's really personal preference.

Preparation time doesn't include chicken cooking time
