top round steak (or thin sliced veal)
sliced garlic
bacon
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
hard boiled eggs
string

Directions:
Directions:
Lay meat flat on counter, rubbed with a piece of sliced garlic. Put a thin layer of bacon that has gone into a food processor and chopped up on each piece. Put salt and pepper to taste on each piece, along with some chopped parsley. The final layer is chopped hard boiled eggs. Roll each piece of meat up and tie with string. Cook in sauce(see ravioli sauce).
