Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 -8oz ricotta cheese
6 hard boiled eggs
3 8oz bags of mozzarella cheese
no boil lasagna noodles (2 boxes)
salt and pepper to taste
spaghetti sauce (see "mom's spaghetti sauce" recipe)-For one 9x13-inch pan, need double batch of sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13-inch pan, put a layer of sauce in the bottom. On top of sauce, put a layer of lasagna noodles. Mix ricotta cheese, cut up eggs, mozzarella, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Put a layer of this mixture on to the noodles in the pan, and then a layer of sauce. Keep repeating until you get to the top of the pan, ending with a layer of sauce. *Mom puts a layer of sliced mozzarella on top.* Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until top is brown.

You can adjust amounts to your liking.

When making the double batch of spaghetti sauce, instead of using the tomato soup can full of water, use one of the larger cans for the water. You can add more if needed.
