2 stalks celery
1 small onion
1 small can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut celery and onion to small chunks and brown in pan with ground beef, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Break apart beef as it browns. Brown on low to medium settings on stove. This lets the celery and onion soften up. Drain the grease off and add the remaining ingredients. Use tomato soup can to add one can full of water as well. Cook on low heat for around an hour for spaghetti sauce.

Can also add green pepper or mushrooms or zucchini to sauce as well.

Adjust all spices to your taste.
