One batch of cornbread
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup diced celery
⅓ cup margarine
2 eggs, beaten
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1¼ cups chicken or turkey broth
1 package Pepperidge Farms Herb Dressing
½ to 1 cup chopped pecans
Chopped black olives
Dash sage (to taste)

Bake cornbread as directed in any recipe. Eat half the cornbread while hot, and cool the remaining half. Crumble the cooled half and leave it to dry out overnight. In a skillet, melt margarine and sauté onion and celery. Add crumbled cornbread, beaten eggs, pepper, poultry seasoning. Stir in Pepperidge Farm dressing mix; moisten with broth. Stir in nuts, olives, sage. Stuff turkey or turn dressing into shallow well greased casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
