4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. nutmeg
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs until well blended.
Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, and milk, also beating until well blended.
Pour into a prepared pie crust.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450; reduce heat to 325 and bake 25 minutes,
or until a knife comes out clean!!!
(Stick a butter knife into the middle of the pie-
if the knife comes out with no filling on it, the pie is done!)
