4 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
¾ c. water
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cook without stirring until syrup reaches 255º. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour syrup slowly into egg whites, beating constantly with a wooden spoon only until it loses it's gloss. Add vanilla and nuts.
