2-8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
8 large soft shell taco shells
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can black olives chopped
4-6 green onion chives chopped
Salsa for dipping

Option: diced pickled jalapeno

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, powders and parsley to creamy. Chop the black olives. Chop the green onions. Have bowls of each ready along with the shredded cheddar cheese and jalapeno if desired.

Warm taco shell 10 seconds in microwave, spread with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with the fixings. Roll tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Continue with the rest of the shells. After refrigerated, slice each rolled shell in 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa.
