2 packages (16 oz.each) Frozen California Blend ( Carrots,Broccoli, and Cauliflower)
1 Can (26 ounces) Condensed Cream of Chicken
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
2/3 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cans ( 2.8 ounces) French Fried Onions ( 2 2/3 cups)
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat 400º

Cook both packages of the California Blend vegetables (do not overcook). Drain well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, and one can of the french fried onion. Stir in the cooked and drained vegetables.

Pour into a 9x13 baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot. Stir well.

Sprinkle remaining cheese(1/2 cup) and the other can of onions.(1 1/3 cups) over the vegetables. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer or until onions are golden brown.
