4 c pecan halves
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 T kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix butter and pecan together to coat. Spread pecans in a single layer on a baking pan. Bake for 25 mins. or until toasted, stirring after 10-12 mins. Remove from oven. Mix salt and pepper and sprinkle pecans with mixture. Cool. May be stored for up to 1 week.
