1 bunch thin asparagus spears
3 T olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F
Trim woody ends and place the asparagus on a baking sheet pan. Spray or drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake in the preheated oven until just tender, 10 to12 minutes, depending on thickness.
(May also sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired)
