Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Sift together flour, and salt. Cut in half of the shortening with a pastry knife until mixture is the consistency of cornmeal. Cut in remaining shortening until the mixture is the size the size of small peas. Add water by the spoonful tossing until mixed in, so that it just sticks together like pie crust. Turn out of bowl onto a sheet of waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator 5-6 hours. Divide dough into 30 equal size balls. Roll each ball into a thin sheet, and place the first one on your cookie sheet, dust each sheet lightly with cornstarch to prevent sticking. Stack six on your baking tray. Make a mixture with the butter and honey (melting the mixture in the microwave.) Brush on the butter mixture and sprinkle on walnuts. Repeat until all layers are done. Once all layers are stacked place in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool 30 minutes, Cut and serve.
