2 anchovy fillets (optional)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 C. Mayonnaise (Hellmann's tastes best)
1/3 C. milk
1/3 C. parmesan cheese
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. Dijon mustard
salt and pepper
2 t. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
If using anchovy fillets, mince them together with garlic.
Add all ingredients together and mix well. (Food processor should be used if using anchovies.)
Adjust seasonings to taste and add more milk if thinner consistency is desired.
Store covered in fridge.
