3/4 lb bulk sausage
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can chicken broth
1 tsp. dried thyme
3/4 - 1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo or chickpeas drained and rinsed( can use hominy)
1/2 c chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, drain. Stir in tomatoes and spices, bring to boil and stir in beans. Heat through.

optional - using bay leaf and basil instead of thyme and rosemary.
