2 cups finely shredded colby jack cheese
¾ cup whipped salad dressing (next to mayonnaise in the grocery store)
2 green onions, diced
8 strips of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the bacon until very crispy. Cool and chop.
2. In a mixing bowl stir together cheese, chopped bacon, diced green onions, and whipped salad dressing. Mix until well combined.
3. Cover the mixture in the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld (refrigerate 12 hours for the best flavor).
4. Serve the cheeseball with Ritz crackers.

**If you want, you can shape it in to a ball shape.
