Ingredients:  
3 medium avocados (crack when ripe)
2 T lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayo
1 package taco seasoning
2 cans (10½ oz) plain or jalapeno bean dip
green onions with tops, chopped
3 medium tomatoes, cored, halved, seeded, and chopped coarsely
2 cans pitted rip olives, chopped
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Peel and pit and mash avocados in bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper (food processor).
2. In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning.
3. Spread large servicing platter with bean dip-layer avocado mix next-then sour cream mixture.
4. Sprinkle with onion, tomato, olives, and cheese.
5. Chill.
