For the Turkey Brine:
William Sonoma Brine
Apple Cider
Turkey bag
Ice

For the Gravy:
William Sonoma Turkey Gravy
Directions:
Directions:
Follow the instructions for the Brine. Place the turkey and Brine in the turkey bag, and place the turkey bag in an ice bath in the fridge. Be sure to rinse the turkey before cooking. This year we used the William Sonoma turkey gravy as well, you can mix it with home made gravy to make even more.
