¼ c. oil
1 c. water
lemon cake mix
vanilla jello (125 ml)
¾ espresso
400 grams large marshmallows
4 - 6 pkg whipping cream
¾ c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together 4 eggs, ¼ c. oil, 1 cup water for about 10 min.
Then add the whole package of lemon cake then vanilla - jello pudding 125 ml (cooked not instant).
Add ¾ cups or a little more espresso.
Add 400 grams of large marshmallows.
Melt together - put in fridge to cool.
Whip 6 pkg or 4 pkg of whipping and add ¾ cups of milk.
Add coffee/marshmallow mix to whipping cream.
Pour in 9 x 13 inch ½ deep x 3 pans.
Put wax paper or parchment paper at the bottom of each pan.
Fill pans equally - spread out evenly .
Cook at 350º F for 15 minutes.
Vanilla extract takes away taste of egg.

Option: Poke cake with fork - all 3 layers.
Spoon/drizzle cake with any liquor on all 3 layers.
Cover cake with coffee/marshmallow cream.
