1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1//2 tsp salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 T oil
2 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in a large mixing bowl. Scoop out a well in the center.

Beat eggs, then add salt, water and oil. Mix well. Pour egg mixture into well and stir until blended.

Knead on floured board until smooth. Set aside to rest 20 minutes before using.

Roll into a thin sheet.

1 lb pork sausage
1 lb ground pork

2 pkgs (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and draines
Garlic powder to taste
Italian seasoning to taste
Parsley to taste

Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain pork and sausage. Add spinach and seasonings, mix thoroughly.

Divide meat mixture into 1 1/2 cup portions. To each, add 1 beaten egg and 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Mixture should hold together well. It will be sticky.

Form ravioli freehand, or use a ravioli form.
