8+ medium red potatoes
1 lb. velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes
1/2 cup diced onions
1 small jar pimiento (diced)
1 1/2 stick real butter, melted
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt or 2 cloves fresh garlic, diced
1 tsp. paprika
3 slices of bread toasted and cubed.(optional)

Wash and cut potatoes into 1/2 to 3/4 inch cubes. Cook for approx. 15 minutes in boiling water (do not overcook). Drain potatoes in collander and arrange in a 9x13 dish. Sprinkle onions, pimento, and cubed cheese over potatoes.

Preheat oven to 350º
In melted butter, mix garlic salt, parsley flakes and paprika. Pour over the potatoes. Top with toasted bread cubes and bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350º.
