1 Brisket
1 TBLS dry mustard
2-4 TBLS Brown Sugar
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 small bottle ketchup or enough to cover entire brisket
One bag of potatoes


Directions:
Directions:

Rub with dry ingredients then pour ketchup over meat. Fill ketchup bottle with water and swirl then
pour into pan. Put in potatoes. Seal pan with foil so that steam stays in during cooking.

Cook for a few hours (4-5) on 325.
Cool, cut and reheat.

This freezes well and can be made ahead. If you make it ahead put potatoes in when you reheat.
