1 stick of butter
12 oz. bag of Milk Chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 box (15.6 oz) Rice Chex cereal
1 lb. box of confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter, milk chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Microwave for three minutes. Remove from microwave and blend together with a wooden spoon.

Pour the Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl and slowly pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Chex. Gently mix until all of the cereal is coated.

Using a 5 gallon plastic food storage bag, pour 1/2 box of the confectioner's sugar into the bag. Next, pour the Rice Chex mixture into the bag and then the other 1/2 of the confectioner's sugar.

Tie the bag and gently toss the bag from hand to hand. Do this approximately 10 times and store in a covered container.
