2 Cups Make Ahead Cookie Mix
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add the make ahead cookie mix (level off each measurement- do not scoop). Add the sugar, butter, vanilla, and egg to the flour and mix with an electric mixer until a stiff dough forms. Next, blend in the nuts and shape dough into 3/4 inch balls..

Put each ball on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake in a 375º oven for 11-16 minutes. Let cool and roll in powdered sugar.
