¼ c paprika
1 T fresh cracked pepper
1 T salt
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
1 t cayenne pepper
CLUCK RUB
¼ c paprika
1 ½ T cayenne
2 T freshly ground black pepper
3 T garlic powder
1 ½ T onion powder
3 T salt
1 T dried oregano
1 ½ T thyme (or rosemary)
MOO RUB
5 T paprika
3 T garlic powder
2 T onion powder
1 T freshly ground black pepper
1 T parsley
2 t cayenne pepper
2 t ground cumin
1 t oregano11/4 t dried chili flakes
