5 eggs Sauce
1 c brown sugar 2 T butter
1 qt cream 1 c 10x powdered sugar
¼ t nutmeg and cinnamon ½ c bourbon
1 t vanilla
1 baguette or hard crusted bread

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into one inch pieces. Whisk eggs, sugar, cream, and spices. Place bread cubes into baking dish; pour mixture over bread and saturate. Add nuts and raisins if you like. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 uncovered until lightly browned. (about an hour)
Bread pudding sauce
Stir over medium heat and keep stirring until it thickens.
