1. Purée in food processor one cucumber, leave wet, add dill weed, add 1/2 brick cream cheese. Use the food processor until it's very smooth, Serve on top of the salmon.
2. Blended together in a food processor the following, 1/4 cup frozen Orange juice concentrate, thawed. ½ cup Grand Marnier liquor. 1 cup vegetable oil. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt-and-pepper to taste. Marinade salmon in this mixture. Place salmon and a broiler and cook, basting salmon with the marinade as cooks or while grilling. The marinade is for eight pieces of salmon.
Louis dressing, for grilled salmon
Three-quarter cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup chili sauce or ketchup, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 cup chopped red yellow green pepper, 1/4 cup chopped green onion. Put everything in a blender or food processor, mix it well. And chill for at least two hours. Put this delicious sauce right on the grill salmon.
