3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup All-Purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cream cheese and butter at a low temperature until soft. Remove from heat and stir in the flour. Chill and shape into two dozen 1-inch balls. In ungreased 1 1/2 inch muffin tins, place one ball into each cup.

Preheat oven to 350º

Press balls into bottom and sides of the muffin tin.

Combine eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt. Next, add the pecans to the egg mixture.
Fill each muffin cup with the mixture until approx. 3/4 full.

Bake for 25 minutes.
