1/2 c olive oil
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 1/2 c broth
cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic in oil and add 3 lb of kale in large handfuls as it wilts. Put lid on and cook until soft(5 min) take lid off and cook until broth evaporates, add salt and pepper to taste, add bacon.
