1 lb. crab meat
3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tea. dry mustard
1 tea. lemon juice
1/2 c. sherry or to taste
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Old Bay to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, mayo, s. cream, mustard, lemon juice and sherry. Sprinkle Old Bay onto crabmeat and toss, then add crabmeat to mixture. Spread into baking dish and sprinkle Old bay on top them spread cheese on top. Bake 350º for 20 - 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with crackers or bread.
