Ingredients:
1 gal apple juice
2 tsp. whole allspice
2 tsp. whole cloves
2-3 sticks of cinnamon

Directions:
Put allspice and cloves into a cheesecloth sack, drop into apple juice along with cinnamon sticks and simmer 20 min

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have a spice ball I use or make my own cheesecloth sack . We like to make this with homemade apple juice and the recipe also calls for 2/3 cup of sugar but I never use it because apple juice is always so sweet. I usually use my crock pot and sometimes leave it for a day or so adding more juice as needed.
