1. 1 cup of coconut cream
2. 1 cup of shreded coconut
3. 2-3 tbsp of honey

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, put the coconut cream, shredded coconut and honey into a bowl and mix it well.

Put the mixture on a parchment lined baking tray, and flatten it out to an even thin layer

With a knife, cut about 6 rows and then cut across twice - as big a s you want.

Put it in the freezer fro 10-15 minutes

Now, melt some dark chocolate, in a double boiler.

Take the coconut bars out of the freeezer and di them into the melted chocolate, and tur nthem back and forth unti lthre are no white spots.

Set them on a parchment paper to harden.

They can be put in the fridge.
