1 can Yellow Corn
1 tbsp. chopped Green Chilies
15 oz. can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked Brown Rice
3/4 cup Mexican cheese shredded
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
2 tbsp. Green onions
extra cheese for top

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350

Coat 2 Quart baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and spoon into baking dish.

Bake 30 minutes, remove top with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes, let stand 5 minutes before seving.
