1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
6 tbsp. Cornstarch
1 diced White Onion
Frozen Peas and Carrot

1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. White pepper
1 tsp. Rice Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all of the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Cut Chicken into 1/2 inch cubes and dust with Cornstarch

Cook chicken in batches and drain on paper towel

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in pan and stir fry Onion for a few minutes, add peas and carrots and stir fry another few minutes

Add sauce mixture to the veggies and heat until warm, add the chicken and fully coat chicken with sauce

Serve with Rice
