1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 small can taco sauce
1 c. milk
1 pkg. tortillas
1/2 lb. cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat and onion, season to taste. Mix soup, milk, taco sauce and add to meat mixture. In a casserole, grease bottom of dish, place layer of broken pieces of tortillas, layer of meat mixture, layer of cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

I use flour tortillas, but you can also use tortilla chips... depends on your taste. Recipe came from Delores Brehmer in San Antonio.
