3 tbsp Black pepper
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
4 tbsp Paprika
1 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
1 cup Apple Cider
2 tsp Mustard
4 cups Ketchup
32 oz Chicken Broth
30 oz Yellow Corn (drained)
45 oz Lima Beans (drained)
54 oz Diced Tomatoes
2 cup Diced Onion
2 lb Petite Diced Potatoes
3 lb Pulled Pork
1 lb Smoked Chicken

Recommend cutting this in half for a normal sized family. We normally cook this when having get togethers. It makes about 2.5 gallons of stew.

Combine all ingredients (except potatoes) and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 4-5 hours

Stir often making sure to scrap the bottom.

Add diced potatoes about 2 hours before serving. If more liquid is needed then add more chicken broth.
