1/4 c. butter or margarine
3 large sliced onions
2 Tb. of flour
2 cans beef broth
1 can. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
French bread
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy kettle. Add onions and saute for 20 to 30 minutes until onions are limp and light brown in color. Sprinkle flour over onions and stir lightly. Add broth, water, Worcestershire and pepper
Simmer until slightly thickened. Toast French bread with butter, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Float on top of soup to serve
