2 lbs Mashed potatoes = 4 c
2 Tbsp Milk
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp minced onion
2 beaten eggs
3-4 crushed corn flakes
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, milk, butter, salt, pepper,cheese and onion. Roll or scoop potatoe mix into 1 inch balls (larger if desired) A small ice cream scoop works great and is fast. Dip potatoe balls into egg and then corn flakes. Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
