1 1/2 lbs hamburger or sausage - brown in pan and drain off grease
1/4 c chopped onion
1 can drained mushroom or
1 c chopped fresh mushrooms
pizza sauce
cheese

Batter:
1 c flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
In 9 x 13 pan, grease and spread cornmeal. Pour batter in pan and tilt pan until it spreads to cover all the bottom of the pan. Put toppings on top of batter. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Remove from oven and top with pizza sauce and cheese. Bake for 10 more minutes.
