¾ c. butter
1½ c. sugar
3 eggs
½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
⅓ c. cocoa powder
½ c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. coconut

Grease 13"x9"x2" baking pan. In large bowl beat butter soft on medium high 30 seconds. Add sugar, beat until combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Beat in flour & cocoa powder until combined. Stir in chopped pecans or walnuts. Spread in pan and bake at 350º for 25 - 30 minutes.

In small bowl combine sweetened condensed milk & coconut. Spread over chocolate layer. Return to oven bake 15 - 20 minutes until golden around edges. Cool on wire rack.
 

Cocoa Icing

¼ c. cocoa powder
1 T. melted butter
3 - 4 T. milk (enough to make spreadable)
