1 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's)
1 tbsp. lemon
2 tbsp. vinegar
1tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp.prepared mustard
1/2 tsp.msg
1/2 tsp.paprika
3 oz. Roquefort or Blue Cheese

Mix all ingredients except cheese.
Add cheese last.
Refrigerate several hours before using for best taste.
