40 Roma tomatoes
8-10 jalapenos
2 onions
juice from 4 limes
2c vinegar
8 green peppers
6 cloves of garlic
4Tbsp salt
1/2tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients through a food processor to chop. Put mixture into large stock pot. Boil for 15 minutes. Fill jars. Process in boiling-water canner for 30 minutes. Makes 16-18 pints.
