1/2 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Lard or Butter melted
1 Cup warm milk
1 package yeast
pinch of salt
4 Cups FLour
1 box of plums
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt and cool butter. Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Beat egg, sugar, and salt. Stir in yeast and butter. Add flour slowly and mix well. Place dough in a greased large bowl and let rise 4 hours or overnight. Divide into 3 parts.

On a floured surface roll out each dough ball one at a time into a circle. Cut the circle into 12 triangles. Place a small amount of filling on each triangle and roll up like a crescent roll. Place on baking sheet and let rise 4 hours. Bake 375º for 12-15 minutes.

Filling Put dried fruit into saucepan with 1/2 cup water and sugar to taste. Cook until fruit is soft. let cool

Glaze Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbls milk in a small bowl add 1 tsp vanilla. Stir until smooth. Drizzle on cooled rolls.
